Annabel has 20 years search experience with retail, healthcare, veterinary and consulting clients. She works across all functional roles, focussing primarily on the UK but with experience in the Netherlands and Australia. She builds close and lasting relationships with her clients and candidates alike. Before founding Richards Partners she spent a year in-house at WHSmith as an HR Business Partner and prior to this, she worked for tier one search firms including Odgers, Whitehead Mann and MWM Consulting. She started her professional life as a science teacher.
Annabel has an MA in Natural Sciences from St Catharine’s College, Cambridge University and a PGCE from Worcester College, Oxford University.
Rhodri has an extensive background in government, defence and security. Before moving into executive search, he worked for the British Government in diplomatic and national security roles in the Foreign Office and Cabinet Office where he specialised in Eastern Europe and Russia as well working across the Middle East, Asia and Counter-Terrorism. Prior to this, Rhodri ran a political risk consultancy in Dubai and Hong Kong and was a Director at PwC. He previously served as an officer in the British Army with tours of duty in Bosnia, Northern Ireland and Iraq.
Rhodri has an MA in Economics and Management from St. Catharine’s College, Cambridge University.
